What conditions does it overheat in?

1) the temp is going too hot it'll give me a warning on the dash saying "engine coolant over temp" then it'll go away and the temp will drop down 2) i haven't scanned for codes 3) the fans are working fine 4) only over heats when i begin to drive it. I've had it on and parked for 30 minutes and no over heating occurred

Did any of these conditions change before or after the parts replacement?

Before i changed the parts it would over heat with in 10 min of it being on. Now after the parts are replaced only when i drive it

Ok that sounds like a flow issues with air to the radiator or flow issues internally, the fluid can get junked up pretty good too if you haven't flushed it a few times that may help, also check for any bent fins or obstructions from air getting though to the radiator, if there is aftermarket gill bumper or parts that would need to be considered, and then lastly perform a code scan as the fans may be working but not at full potential which would show a code.

How do i go about scanning for a code?Also i raised the truck at an incline and drained the air last night until i saw no more bubbleswhen i accelerate the temp goes down

You will need a high level scanner for that, the auto parts store will do a free scan or rent one if you dont have a scanner.

Will they be able to get a code even there's no warning lights on the dash or i have to take it when the warning light is on

if there is one yes

The warning lights rarely comes onIt gets to about the 7/8 of highest tempThen drops

Ok try the flush and check for codes and check flow flow on the radiator and see where that gets you.

What does it mean when i open the radiator cap (after it being off) fluid bursts up

tTats normal the fluid is under pressure and your releasing that.

Are both my hoses suppose to be hot?

yes when the thermostat opens thats normal

Drained the air, no bent fins and still cold air blows out when the heater is on

I thought this was overheating and the heat worked fine?
