Does this car have a security lock next to the Shift panel? I saw a key slot but I don't have the key and we are the original owners. If it does have a lock to prevent moving the shift, can I get one? Thanks.
My car has an automatic transmission.

The key slot is for disengaging the shift interlock in case the shift interlock is inoperative and you just stick the key into slot to release shifter.
