My stereo has lock on it

Ok. Using a scan tool is the ONLY way to remove the lock. You can't enter any codes. Understand that I can't control what is needed to unlock the stereo as I did not engineer this vehicle. I can only tell you what needs to be done to fix it.

Ok. If you mean help by using a different method or bypassing it then unfortunately there's no way around this one. You have to use a scan tool on this car. Look on the bright side. At least you know for sure what you're dealing with now and you don't have to continue to search for a solution that doesn't require a scan tool. You can now use your time to figure out getting it to a shop or finding someone with a scan tool.
