If the only code you are getting is a cylinder 1 misfire that most likely means [spark plug](/topics-spark-plug-chevy/) or coil. Swap coil with another cylinder to see if misfire follows coil, if so replace. If not then replace spark plugs. Let me know how it goes or if you have questions, thanks.
