Ok, I am confused. You initially state that the BRAKE light is not working, but then mention you replaced the right side low beam HEADLAMP and it did not fix, which makes sense as a headlamp has nothing to do with a rear brake lamp not working

I apologize, I mentioned both lights because i was asked if there was anything else I want to let you know, so I included that. But first yes I’d like to focus on the brake light. I don’t know why it’s not working

Ok, with only 1 brake light out, the eliminates both the brake light switch and fuse as both supply all 3 brake lights - left, right, center mounted.
So, either the lamp socket is faulty or a short in the white with black striped wire that runs to the brake lamp. It would be between where it splits off from the white/black wire at the left brake lamp and the right brake lamp connector.
