Q: AC blowing warm air

asked by on

My air conditioner starts blowing warm air while idling.

Hi. The problem your described is an indicator that the coolant fan for the condenser is not working properly. If the fans are working properly, I suggest having the refrigerant pressure check by an EPA certified technician. If you need further assistance, I recommend you have a mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, replace the bad condenser fan to eliminate further complications with your vehicle.
