Peter arrived within the designated time frame but even called to let me know he would be here around 1:30 which was well within the 1-2 pm time frame. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He not only diagnosed the problem, but had to fix what a previous mechanic had done which caused the problem. I had had one of the mechanics out from YourMechanic.com fix my valve cover gasket two weeks prior to my car having issues again so it was covered by your own warranty. Peter made sure that the price was adjusted accordingly. This was a HUGE relief to someone on a limited budget.
