The arrival was punctual and pleasent. He was very nice and informing. It was very quickly diagnosed but unfortunately the problem was worse than expected so he exchanged ideas on the next plan of actions and it really helped. Totally awesome!!! This wad pretty cool and he was great!

Tinashe provided excellent customer service - he was on time, efficient, and explained my issue and went straight to work. He did his inspection and recommended some additional work to fix the issues that he found. He even explained to me why some of the shops in my area were turning away work on these older vehicles. First off, I can’t thank Mazyar (Mark) enough for his excellent customer service by going above and beyond to fix my vehicle. I had to reschedule a few times because of the weather. I really needed my car fixed, but I do not have a covered parking spot. He understood my frustration and went above and beyond to find a shelter, so that he could be able to fix my car for me so I wouldn’t have to reschedule again. Needless to say my Old School Firebird is back up and running like the muscle car she is thanks to him. Words can’t express the gratitude and appreciation I’m feeling due to his excellent assistance in this matter. It was good to know that I could count on him to not just fix my car properly, but to also give me the confidence and security of trust in knowing that he was willing to not just care about my car, but care about me too.
