It was unclear about what exactly we were paying for. I thought we were only getting the front rotors done and which is what he said we needed and just to replace the back pads. It turns out he quoted us for all rotors so as you can see this was a little upsetting to know that he told us one thing and did another. He needs to be more clear about what we are paying for.

Wow. Incredible service. I recently had gotten a breakdown and quote about what needed to be done to my car. It was a long list and was extremely expensive, to the point where I contemplated maybe buying a different car.
