Rocco is a professional knowledgable and customer oriented automotive technician. I appreciate that Rocco methodically troubleshooted the problem with my silent horn. As requested through my notes, Rocco provided two options for a deeper sounding horn replacement, providing the prices. That was great for me because I had a certain price range I wanted to stay in, while obtaining a deeper sound. Rocco fixed my horn, left my garage clean. His set up was organized.
