There was a little mix up about b the time I thought it was 1130 but I guess it turned out to be a 1100 appointment. James waited anyway for me and finished the job very quickly. Dealing with any car problem makes one obviously stressed. You worry about over priced parts as well as finding the right mechanic. in hopes that they wont double talk you into fixing stuff you don't need, screwing you over and still not fixing your original problem. Right? Well hopefully, If you happen to get lucky like me, you'll meet mechanics like Rocco. Upon meeting Rocco he has a "Zen" like way of putting you at ease regarding your car problem. Rocco seems to really care about your situation and takes pride in resolving your issues without giving you the runaround. Rocco's work experience is definitely noticed. Great experience with Willie! He arrived on time, and was protecting us by wearing a mask. We didn't know what was causing a rattling noise with the car, so we went for a ride to hear it. When we got back Willie found the issue! He patiently explained the issue and showed us the problem. Willie was friendly and knowledgeable - I highly recommend him! Thank you very much, Willie!
