Our experience with Diego was excellent! Diego was here to replace the timing belt and water pump on one of our vehicles. Diego is a true professional and carries himself as such. His demeanor was pleasant and cordial; he was respectful and polite; and, he was communicative and took the time to explain his work and keep us apprised of his progress. Once the work was complete, Diego thoroughly explained all the work he did and the results of his inspection. I would use Diego again in a heartbeat and would also recommend him as he is truly a professional who know his stuff and his cars.

Diego was very personable and seemed to have good knowledge of auto mechanics. Unfortunately he was unable to repair my issue but it is more of a problem that needs to be taken care of in a shop.

William was great! Took the time to explain to me the process of fixing my car, he is very knowledgeable and I will book him again when I need work done on any of my vehicles

by Corey from Peoria, AZ 85345

William was on time and very polite. I showed him to the car and what I was told was wrong with it. He told me he would look it over and replace the parts so I left him to do his thing. 45 minutes later he had the job done and took his time to inspect and test drive the car. His price was fair and the work was great! Will use again!

Headlights go out randomly, will come back on after

As silly as it sounds, the issue is most likely caused by an intermittent failure in your Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). Of course it’s important to have the circuit and connections checked, but the TIPM is the most common...

The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
