I scheduled an appointment to be the first customer in the morning. 7:30 to 8:30AM, Diego sent a text stating that he was. running late, after a run to the parts store for the proper tool to remove the pitman arm, in order to remove the power steering gear box. Diego was knowledgeable and completed the repair in the appropriate time schedule.
