Over an hour late with no notice. Speeding when he test drove our fleet vehicle. I can be understanding of those things, but then he capped off the evening with an insulting profanity about our clients. Luckily I don’t think our clients heard him, but it was seriously unprofessional all around. The van seems to be running fine; we requested a basic maintenance service, oil change, and brake pads. So far so good, as far as we can tell.

Kwame provided me with a detailed report on all that he found that needs to be repaired in my vehicle. He was also very friendly and professional.
