I was extremely satisfied with Raul's service and would highly recommend using him. I hired him for a pre-purchase car inspection. However, I already bought the car because it seemed like a great buy. I am a female, though, and also don't know about cars. Therefore, I wanted an "after purchase" inspection to make sure it was as good as the seller said it was and my test drive indicated for piece of mind. Raul came on time, was very friendly and professional. I gave him the keys and went shopping at the store nearby. He called me when it was done, I came out and he went over everything (it was good). He even offered to help me put on a newly purchased steering wheel cover. He also told me about a smell I asked about, and gave me a spray that he had on hand free of charge. The experience was fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend Raul for his excellent customer service!

Jose came through and did a great job after a prior mechanic improperly installed the serpentine/drive belt on my SUV when replacing the alternator. Jose is knowledgeable and honest. He saved me some money by telling me I booked unneeded services and did just what I needed. He also has the same kind of car as me and understands not every car needs the same routines at the same times, and gave me some advice about my prius battery.
