Jason did a great job communicating what he was doing with my vehicle and showing me how to do the simple maintenance if I wanted to do it on my own as well. Something simple as changing my brake pads seemed like a foreign language and Jason guided me through the process while he performed the job. He even took the time to diagnose another issue I had with the vehicle that was not on the original work order and gave suggestion on how to fix the issue.
