Amor showed up during the schedule time slot. We were able to diagnose the problem over the phone, prior to his visit and knew what needed to be repaired. He showed up with the pump and PS fluid. Told him about the oil leak and he knew where the problem was. Got his folks to bring in the oil filter housing gasket while he was working on the originally scheduled repair. Got both the repairs done within the allocated time. He is very knowledgable about the BMW cars and has a great friendly attitude.

All's well that ends well - that's all I can say. YourMechanic.com is a new concept and fairly good. After some initial glitches, my car was repaired and seems to be working as of now. Some of the things I would like to point out: 1. Parts did not arrive in time for the first appointment. 2. The second time they did come but communication from YourMechanic could have been better. 3. The repair was done well.
