Mark Lenhart is great. He's knowledgeable, efficient and easy to talk with. After listening to my description and thoughts on the car being shut off suddenly right on the highway, he focused right away on the battery and it's the battery cables! I was relieved because I thought it's the car security system that shutoff my car. He proceeded to charge it and checked other related components such as the alternator and the belts, while educating me about them. He also told me about his experience with the car security system. This is the first time that I've ever met a mechanic that was not only professional but also someone who was trustful. I knew virtually nothing about cars and he taught me as much as he could. Its really hard to find good people like him, he's truly a hidden gem in Fremont.
