Previously, I had called AAA when car wouldn't start and I had an AAA battery that was fairly new. I was stranded in a CVS parking lot for 2 1/2 hours at night. Finally, they got the car started and I was able to drive home, but the car wouldn't start the next day. Juan came yesterday and found out that the terminals on the battery were not connected properly. He fixed the problem, right away and I was able to use the car. Which was great, because I had missed 2 important doctor's appointments for a Cat-scan & an MRI. With Covid-19, it is very difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor.
