James is obviously very knowledgeable about cars. He was thorough in his inspection of the van and accurate in his diagnosis. Our van was shutting off while driving and a trip was planned. He was accessible and worked around our schedule to ready the van for our trip. On the trip out of town the van ran smoothly with no complications whatsoever. Will was not only very friendly, but also showed up to the appointment early, as he had finished up another job quickly and asked if it was possible to head over to me sooner than the scheduled time.
