Steven was excellent, once again--He let me know when he was on his way, and he was running a little early, which was nice. He prepared a quote and explained to me what needed to be done previously, but before he got to work he explained it to me again just to make sure I understood. He finished in the amount of time he estimated and encouraged me to drive my vehicle around for a bit to make sure everything was completed in a satisfactory manner. He also let me know of another service or two that would useful to a high-mileage vehicle like mine, but not in a pressuring manner...more like a "Here's something you might want to consider in the next couple months to help your car manner." I was super satisfied (again) and I cannot recommend Steven highly enough

Daniel was great!! He was on time and had all the necessary tools. He was done and gone in less than 2 hours. I have done mechanics work before, therefore I know what a good job he did.
