Timely and professional. After replacing a bad starter and unsuccessful engine start he quickly narrowed down potential switch/relay areas down to one particular switch and then provided a quote for that fix as well as a temporary interim fix which gets my engine running (seems to be a quirky problem in one switch but it is an 18 year old car so parts wear out).

I happened to be off on the day that Cody was scheduled to come work on my car, so he called and asked if he could come by earlier than expected, which was awesome. My radiator had been punctured and I didn't know what else needed to be replaced, although I took the upper and lower hose options he stated I didn't need them so the job ended up being even cheaper than expected, and he finished ahead of schedule.
