SERVICE

Starter

AMOUNT PAID

$293.07
by Carrie from Fort Worth, TX 76123

Keith was very polite and courteous and seemed quite knowledgeable about the service being provided (which was installing a starter). He was quite respectful given he ended up having to wait over 30 minutes for me to give him access to the car (he didn’t call that he’d arrived - he texted and knocked on the door, which I heard neither)! The real issue now is that in order for the ignition in my car to start to you have to hold the key over for about 5 seconds for the car to start. In the 14 years I’ve had the car it’s never been hesitant to start. The new starter may be defective.

Kyle was professional and quick, and I appreciated the information he provided on the issue with my car. Although he did call to let me know his previous appointment ran late, he stated his ETA would be 20 minutes but ended up being an hour. My 10:00 appointment time ended up starting well after 11.

AC squeaking
Answered by Mia
Your vehicle only uses a single serpentine belt. So, if you're only hearing the noise when the A/C is turned on and not all the time, the belt and tensioner are not to blame. My guess is that the noise...
