SERVICE

Brake Pads

AMOUNT PAID

$158.67
by Gary from Fort Worth, TX 76137

On time, professional, very knowledgeable on vehicles and maintenance issues. Robert took the time to show the condition of parts and explain what did or did not need to be replaced or repaired. He is the best kind of mechanic and not someone who would scam a customer into more costly repairs. I had requested a brake pad replacement and Robert showed me that 3 of the 4 pads were in good condition and would not need replacing and even checked the rear pads for condition. I would highly recommend Robert because he is very ethical in his treatment of customers and because he is also a Veteran! GW

An experiment with great results. I was initially attracted by the upfront pricing. All the other's were vague and it was fully expected that there would be additional costs added in.

Carlos was FANTASTIC! and VERY PROFESSIONAL! Having him come out to my location and do a detailed inspection of why my car wouldn't start was like having an entire auto dealership come to me without my having to tow my car anywhere! Even advised me on how to avoid future issues. Carlos explained everything IN DETAIL! I was also provided with a detailed report of what the costs should be for current and future repairs! I highly recommend Carlos! Mechanic Services at your house or location is the way to go!

Carlos arrived on time, explained the work to do in my vehicle. Performed a complete review of the vehicle; tires, liquids, air pressure, etc, and made several recommendations based on his observations. At the end, when he completed the job, showed that everything was working fine. Great service.

AMOUNT PAID

$75.00
by Angela from Fort Worth, TX 76179

Keith clearly explained the issues, and showed me why the original diagnosis from the "big box" repair guys was incorrect. I will request Keith and YM for all of my repairs moving forward. Not only is it extremely convenient but Keith and YM are much less expensive and don't seem intersted in selling you parts and services you don't really need.

Abel was great.. very helpful on showing me a concern I had with my front end.. and provided me a quote for that repair..He is friendly and professional. As a woman I felt I could trust what he told me because he showed me the problem not just told me. He didn't charge me for parts not used nor needed.. I'll definitely request him again and use this very convenient service.

Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
