Thoughtful, clear thinking, kind man. He worked very hard to install a new power steering hose in my 2012 Altima, which is a tough job. (that's why I had someone else do it for me) Berekteabs was on time and clearly knew what he was going. My only "complaint" is that the power steering fluid formed an enormous lake on my driveway and it was also all over the work area. I would have appreciated his laying down a tarp first. Fortunately, I'm planning to power wash my driveway soon, so no real harm done. I would have Bereketeab at my home again.

Joe called ahead of appointment to verify his arrival time and arrived promptly as scheduled. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the parts he would be using and also indicated he would be checking some of the common fluid levels. During his inspection, he pointed out that I was low on a few and would need to top them off soon. Upon completion of the job, Joe reviewed what he had done, indicated the things he would recommend doing soon, and processed the payment with no additional charges. This was exactly as promised...excellent!
