Refugio arrived early from the appointment time scheduled. Replaced the serpentine belt component kit within half an hour. Unfortunately, he found an odd issue with one of the drive components and that is going to set me back another repair. That was disappointing but overall, Refugio did great on addressing issues. He was unavailable to fix the new repair so I had to reschedule but overall I am satisfied with his service.

I can't say enough 'good/great' about Manuel. From start; showed up early for his schedule appointment, got to work without hesitation and completed the job tasked. Although there were additional complications with my particular clutch, Manuel followed through to assure a professional/complete job from start to finish. Manuel even noticed my oil was in need of attention, made the recommendation for an oil change and made it so.
