Over the course of 18 months, Greg has proven himself to be the best mechanic I have ever received service from. -- He is clearly an expert technician who takes pride in his work, and takes the time to properly diagnose issues/problems before recommending solutions to you as his customer. He considers what makes the most practical sense for you to take action on in terms of service, repair, or replacement. Cost vs. Value!!! As for my experience, on 3 separate occasions, for different issues on 3 different vehicles, I obtained comprehensive diagnostics and recommendations from my local dealership, mom&pop shop, and then also Greg through YourMechanic. On all 3 occasions, Greg won. He accurately diagnosed my vehicles service needs, acknowledged all other concerns ( pointing out what was necessary and what was not necessary to take action on). His recommendations were optimally efficient for me in terms of balancing costs with necessary services for my vehicle maintenance, and on top of it all - it doesn't get mor convenient than him coming and doing the work in my driveway! No need to figure out shuttle service or take time off work.
