Tyrone was excellent. He had recommended the day prior that I really should replace the rotors as well as the pads. I turned him down because I looked at the outside of the rotors and did not see any wear or damage to the rotors that would require replacing them. When Tyrone showed up today, however, he showed me that the inside of both rotors were badly scored and that they would need to be replaced. Instead of telling me to reschedule for another day when rotors could be brought out, Tyrone immediately got on his phone in an effort to track the parts down. He found a pair of rotors and went to get them, returning 20 minutes later, at which time he replaced both the rotors and pads. He never once said "I told you so". Great job Tyrone.

I cannot say enough about how great it was to have Emmette work on my car.
