I cannot say enough positive things about Emmette. I scheduled some work that he didn't actually think my car needed. I left him alone to work and he could have not said anything and just done the work and I never would have known the difference, but he told me it wasn't necessary. This is my first time using your mechanic for a pre purchase inspection and i have to say the customer services is impeccable. Not to mention, Eugenio was professional and nice to me over the phone. His report was easy to read and understand. Which helps a great deal since i know nothing about cars. I initially had Eugenio coming to my apartment complex to complete a timing belt service. When Eugenio arrived, we discovered his truck would not fit in the underground garage! Eugenio tried to arrange a different location to perform the service but we were unable to secure a secondary location. I rescheduled the appointment two weeks later with Eugenio at a friend's house. The service was prompt and Eugenio provided a wealth of information (and pictures!) on what was done and what was needed. Seriously, an -awesome- experience!! But YourMechanic should be aware of Mechanic Truck size in the city and servicing apartment areas.

Khrishna notified me when he was on his way and arrived early. He immediately diagnosed the problem (bad battery) and explained the problem, solution and cost for a new battery. He actually had a (special sized) new battery and installed it. Afterwards he did a very methodical and thorough inspection, inflated the tires and reset the TPS. Afterward, he described what he found and did during the inspection. All the way through he was very professional, courteous and did a good job. The only regret I have is not correctly diagnosing the problem myself and having to pay nearly $400 + the new battery, but that's the cost of having the mechanic come to you and diagnosing an electrical problem when the car has 0 juice..
