I could not have asked for a better experience. I received a text prior to and concurrent with his arrival. He arrived a few minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment and finished the work promptly. He thoroughly explained the process and his work. This was a pleasure.

A great mechanic. Showed me all faulty parts and even educated me on each step in the process as he made the repair. Very knowledgeable and someone you should keep and even have train others. Highly, highly recommended.

I have a 2011 Ford Edge and the check engine light was on. He replaced my spark plugs and ignition coil and thoroughly explained each and every step of what he was doing. He also gave me tips on how to maintain my car.

Richard Robinson came to work on my front brakes this afternoon. EXCELLENT job, I knew I needed my pads replaced but the dealership was too much money. Richard was very professional, right on time, and VERY knowledgeable about cars/car parts. He works very quickly and is very transparent about what is going on. He went above and beyond to explain everything clearly, and show me exactly what may need to be changed in the future and why. I will definitely be requesting him again for all my car needs! I highly recommend him for anyone!

Richard did a great job! I thought I needed new brake pads, but he showed me that it was really the brake fluid. He adjusted the back brake shoes and took me through all the steps on each tire. My brakes feel much better now.

Total professional! This guy is awesome! Very knowledgeable and went above and beyond, especially since he was able to get my car running again when he was only booked for a diagnostic! Also he explained things to me and took his time even though he had appointments after me lined up. Would highly recommend this guy to anybody looking for legit service. 10/10 will definitely be a return customer.

I can't say enough positive things about Richard. He was super friendly, took the time to explain everything he was doing and was extremely knowledgeable. It turns out that the auto shop that I took my Jeep to previously lied about 2/3 the things I needed done. 1) They told me I needed a new drive belt ($200)- Rich took it off to double check but right away he said he knew it was 100% fine, with no cracks. 2) The auto shop said I needed my transmission fluid flushed ($290)- Rich said that depending on the color of the fluid he can tell if it is a good idea to flush or not. In my case, he recommended against it but let me know about a additive that could help. 3) I needed a new blower motor resistor ($289). I did need the blower motor resistor but Rich was able to change the part very quickly. My original quote from Your Mechanic was $305 and ended up being only $162.83....basically they saved me over $600 AND they come to you! Finding a trustworthy mechanic is not easy...I feel like I just hit the jackpot! The entire experience was amazing. I am SO, SO, SO happy I gave Your Mechanic a shot and would highly recommend Richard!

Richard was friendly and great at communicating before the appointment (was ready early and texted/called to see if I was available early or not). Replaced the power switch for my power windows really quickly -- done in probably 20 minutes. I'd highly recommend Richard.

Richard is very professional and punctual! He was able to fully assess my vehicle and translate otherwise mechanic jargon in everyday language that I completely understood. The detailed assessment and feedback included, pictures of my vehicles' problem parts and Richard's voice assessment of my vehicle--all sent to my email! The affordability factor is a plus especially compared to going to a shop! Just to think, my vehicle was able to be serviced at my home by a certified mechanic that did not nickel-and-dime me..such a breath of fresh air. Make no mistakes, you will be 100 percent satisfied with Richard's outstanding service.

This was my first time using YourMechanic so I was a little hesitant. But Richard was absolutely awesome. I'll probably request him for future auto appointments. He was here on time for the appointment (in fact a bit early!), and did the job in 40 minutes. All while I was able to get some work done at home. Is this the next big thing in the DMV? Cause sign me up!

Richard is very patient and warmhearted. He kindly waited for me for half an hour and checked my car real quick. He explained everything he did clearly and gave good suggestions about other services the car needed in the future. Very pleasant experience with Richard. Richard was a wonderful guy to work with. He showed up on time, and finished about an hour ahead of the three hours scheduled for the repair. He also encouraged me to watch him because he enjoys teaching the consumer what exactly is going on. I really appreciated that being somewhat of a novice when it comes to car repairs.

Richard was great!! He took the time to speak to me about everything going on with my vehicle. Explained everything in detail. Pointed out specific parts and explained them. He also made recommendations for repairs and took the time to explain why they were needed and what should and should not wait very long to be repaired. It was a great experience and I will definitely be scheduling the repairs to have Richard perform the work. I appreciate for their assistance with scheduling Richard so fast to come out and diagnose my issues with my car.

I really respect people who show up on time. Mr. Robinson is very punctual! Richard went through everything in my car and explained everything in such a simple language. Richard was great. He was very communicative on his arrival time (since we did schedule the appointment in the middle of rush hour traffic!) and was very informative. I don't know much about cars but he talked me through each step he took and let me know everything that needed to be evaluated before he just switched out the battery. I love that they give me advice on what else I need fixed without pressuring me to spend the money right then and there. I would definitely use Richard and YourMechanic again!
