He quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad window switch. He checked under the hood and wrote up quote to replace switch and I've already scheduled the return visit so he can replace the switch. He also found a leaky valve cover gasket and wrote up another quote to service it, as well.

The driver side window regulator cable snapped on Saturday, causing the driver door window to drop. Expecting extreme cold temperatures on Tuesday, I scheduled Francisco for a Monday morning repair. He was very friendly and completed the replacement of the window regulator in only about an hour.
