Shay just left our appointment on our 2002 GMC Yukon. It is an older truck but he worked wonders. He also discovered a new problem that we did not know was there. Not only did he fix our current issue, but he pointed us in the right direction on how to proceed to correct the new issue even though it was something he himself could not fix. Looking forward to continuing working with Shay in the future. Excellent and professional service!

Answers to common GMC G1000 Series questions

Q: My truck is running rough
Answered by Rocco
Having a rough running vehicle is never a pleasant experience. Unfortunately there can be quite a few reasons as to why your GMC is running rough for you. With the limited information, and not being in front of the car,...
Q: My GMC Acadia 2013 is blowing hot air and the AC is on
Answered by Evan
Unfortunately your 2013 GMC Acadia is known for having bad rear evaporator cores. So that sounds about right. I can't comment on needing the blower motor though. Does the rear air blow at all? These cars are also known to...
Q: When you have a leak in your pressure hose for your power steering do you have to change both hoses or just the one that is leakin
Answered by Ronny
The leaking hose of course, definitely required replacement. As for the other one, there are two schools of thought on that. One - The other line is not leaking so leave it alone. Replace it if and when it fails....
Q: My car will run but stall out randomly.
Answered by Jay
The fuel pump is going to most likely be the cause of the no start and stalling. You may also have problem with the fuel supply module if your truck is equipped with the flex fuel control module. You will...

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

Yourmechanic.com is a woman's prayered answered. My stress was zero. I didn't have to drop off the car and wait for an outrageous quote from the corner mechanic. I was able to schedule and know the price immediately. I will use yourmechanic.com from now on. If you are in the Las Vegas area. I recommend requesting Scott Franklin. He goes above and beyond customer service.

I can't say enough about how pleased I am that I found YourMechanic and Raul. I'm from out of town and didn't know who to contact to fix a truck I was borrowing. I searched the web and found YourMechanic.....thank goodness. I found Raul to be professional, an outstanding mechanic and the price was more than fair.

Paul did a good job fixing my car quickly. He also got a accurate diagnostic of my car's isues.
