You have done a good job of updating parts that may not have failed, but do tend to wear down and not work proficiently. When you replace the fuel pump, you must always replace the fuel filter (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/fuel-filter-replacement) as well....

If you are certain that the blower motor was damaged by a water leak, this would have likely come from the heater core or one of the hoses running to the heater core. I would suggest checking around the heater...
