The rough idle may be related to the low compression in cylinder #6. Low compression (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/how-to-do-a-compression-test-by-robert-tomashek) will continue to cause a misfire until it is corrected. This will cause detonation and timing problems which is what indirectly causes the misfire....

At 2mm, the pads are definitely due for replacement. The the thickness of the brake rotors should be measured and compared to the minimum thickness specifications. If they measure above the specs and there is enough thickness to them, resurfacing...
