Brandon is a friendly and professional person! He replaced the battery and alternator in just 30 minutes. Brandon asked questions about the car like mechanical history, miles and performance to help him decide on the correct fix. And! He did not try to sell me something I didn't need. Brandon has our car back on the road again! My wife will be so happy when she gets home from work to find out her baby is fixed! In the future we will seek out Your Mechanic and Brandon for future maintenance.

He came to check on reinstalling a belt that was town. It was determined that the water pump was frozen. The Vin. number indicated that it was a 2.2 engine but the name tag in the hood and the vehicle info showed that it was a 2.0 motor. He called the office and they insisted it was a 2.2 motor. The motor IS A 2.0. We pulled the diagram of on the web and verified it was a 2.0. The office said because the Vin indicated 2.2 the could not work on it. I worked for Ford and know Vin are not always correct. I am very disappointed in the overall service!!

Noise from the front may be from play in a wheel bearing (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/wheel-bearings-replacement) and can be checked by jacking up the wheel to see if it moves when you try to move using top and bottom of the tire. It...
Q: How hard is it to change the O2 sensors?
Answered by Robert
Hello. I have never seen all four oxygen sensors go bad on a vehicle all at one time. They will fail one at a time and the only time it would need all four would be if they failed one...
Q: Car wont start, new battery alternator is good only turns on with battery charger.

It is common for a bad connection in the starting system to cause problems such as this. When you add the battery charger, it give it a little extra boost in voltage. Just enough to overcome the high resistance. The...
Q: Suspension making sound when turning.
Answered by Mia

Jason is knowledgable, reliable and friendly person. He took his time to explain things about my car. I highly recommend YourMechanic and Jason's service.

Tim was great; offered advice instead of just blindly fixing. Also Tim was super friendly and very genuine. Highly recommend!
