Terry was very pleasant, on-time, and provided a thorough inspection and explanation of findings, plus recommendations. I have always been pleased with the mechanics I have worked with through yourmechanic.com. However, Terry so far is at the top of my list! I look forward to having him provide more service on our vehicles as needed.

Answers to common Ford Starliner questions

Q: I have a 97 ford explorer leaking coolant found out a freeze plug came out up under my truck what would be the cost tofix it.
Answered by Andrew
To my knowledge, freeze plugs are not currently a service that is offered by YourMechanic as it involves servicing the engine block. For this service, I would recommend calling around to local shops in your area to compare prices and...
Q: electrical grounds

The largest ground is at the negative battery terminal. If there is any corrosion here, it may cause trouble through the vehicles electrical system. The other grounds are in various locations throughout the body of the vehicle and are detailed...
Q: Car running hot; won't keep coolant

Trusted by thousands of happy car owners

Stephen was very professional and spoke to me in terms that I understood. Although the news about the car was not great, he explained the why's and what it would take to fix it. I will call on him again. Many thanks!

I can't say enough about how pleased I am that I found YourMechanic and Raul. I'm from out of town and didn't know who to contact to fix a truck I was borrowing. I searched the web and found YourMechanic.....thank goodness. I found Raul to be professional, an outstanding mechanic and the price was more than fair.

Jason is knowledgable, reliable and friendly person. He took his time to explain things about my car. I highly recommend YourMechanic and Jason's service.
