David called me & identified himself, said he was running about 1 hour ahead of schedule, & offered to come earlier if I was available. I agreed & he arrived shorty thereafter. He was friendly, professional, & very thorough while working on my 1963 Ford Falcon convertible. He didn't mind my looking over his shoulder as he completed the requested service, & I was impressed at how he babied "my baby". David worked quickly, efficiently, & made sure everything was neat & clean when he was finished. This was the true definition of excellent customer service.
