If the headlight wiring is frayed it can be repaired or replaced. You can bring it to any independent repair shop to have this fixed. PepBoys is definitely not a place that can do this. You would have to go to an actual repair shop. Depending on how bad it is, typically this is a fairly easy repair.

All i had to do is use electrical tape and boom they work perfectly. Thanks for the help i went to a local shop and they didnt even charge me for the tape lol
