ok let me do some research as to the byte positions because normally if vcds can code it will offer info for each bytes meaning for example byte 3 may be with adaptive cruise byte 4 with auto hold brakes and so on

ok sadly because it's the continental mk100 there is no information available for the byte locations. so you have two options and that's to find an identical car and copy the coding across or it will be a trip to the dealer .have you scanned the dar before using vcds?
