ok I was driving my o6 altima when all the sudden the dash lights flashed like shorted out. Then it died and wouldn't start. It was only firing on 3 cylinders at that time. I brought it home and put a new starter on it because ut only clicked. The new one did the same thing So I bought a new batteryand had my starter tested. Its still just making a click...also ive put new injectors, coils, plugs, and valve cover and gasket on it. What's your opinion?

Did you check to see if you can turn the engine over manually? Meaning, putting a Socket on the crank with a ratchet and see if it turns?

It's done that the last 6 months ive had it occasionally but always turned over. After switching the ignition back n forthI did ans it wouldn't

If the engine does not turn manually, then you may have internal mechanical engine failure causing your issue.

Yes.. Possibly. If the timing chain broke or tensioner let go, it can jump time and lockup, which is the reason it just single clicks.
