Okay you might have a bad sensor or base idle setting for the throttle setting. If not set correctly it can surge up and down . I would have the codes inspected firstDo you have an AutoZone close by your house they will check your codes for free

We already checked the codes and it showed spark plugs so we got new ones. all new. and that did not seem to be the problem

There is not a code for spark plugs just misfire code like p0300 did you save the codes

Okay if no failed sensor codes could be fuel pressure or restricted exhaust . I would drive with a scan tool attached and watch all the readings from your sensors first and check fuel pressure also

OK earlier when i was trying to put a full tank it would not allow me to go all the way full.

The filter is in the pump in your tankI would use a fuel pressure gauge and check your pressure first

My Rpm gage will rev up by itself off and on. Keeps sputtering and then breaks down.
