I was replacing some interior dash lights on my truck. I started out with the light selector and plugged it back in everything worked. I then replaced the lights in my fog lamp button. I plugged it back in and everything worked. I took the fog lamp selector back out to make an adjustment to the light, and when I plugged it back in I heard a spark and some smoke came out of the fog lamp selector. I shut off the truck and unplugged it. When I turned the ignition back on, the dim lights on the steering wheel, the gauge cluster, the HVAC, 4x4 selector, fog lamp button, and light selector would not come back on. The radio, door controls, odometer all work and dim as they are supposed to. I know that I shorted something out with the fog lamp control but I am not sure what. I checked a couple of fuses and they were fine but I'm not sure what fuses exactly to check. As far as the BCM, everything else seems to working fine. Any advice as to what could be the issue would be great. Thank you.
