Q: How much would a spark plug change be for a 4.6l 99 expedition? And should I change coils too?

My OBD2 reeder says I got a cylinder 3 misfires. How much does it cost to get spark plugs changed. And should i get the coils changed too?

My car has 245000 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Billing question was sent to CS for the cost to replace the spark plugs and the ignition coils on a 1999 Ford Expedition with a V8-4.6L engine.
