Hello I'm Rick from just answer, sorry to hear about your Ford issues as I know how frustrating this can be, if you see a phone call request you may choose to ignore that.... When you are explaining a squealing noise that tends to go away when you turn on the heat this may be caused by a compressor engaging and and may indicate a bad bearing on a pulley or the a/c compressor, sometimes when the compressor is engaged it will either make it louder or sometimes it will make it go away It just depends on which one it may be

Now its a loud rumbling knocking noise. Just started yesterday. But when i turn the heat on it seems to go away

Did you look at the engine while it's running and see if you could get a better idea where it may be?....sounds like a bearing on a pulley

I open the hood while running not sure where the pulleys are but it sounds like from under the engine or engine area

I would suspect a faulty compressor bearing, I would probably get it checked out before it throws a belt or something

Im going in the morning to a mechanic in a town i never been to. Just wanted to get a better idea so i dont get charged too much on things its not.
