Good Afternoon .
If the transmission wont move forward or reverse and its full of fluid , then it will have to come out to be repaired .
Unfortunately nothing external can cause that .

It'll shift into reverse but won't engage like the torque c onverter is filled

If the fluid is full and it will move one way and not the other way then it has to be internal , if it didn't move at all if could be the torque converter or front pump
