I understand, you may have a convertor plugged or may be timing as well, I would maybe try to get to any auto parts store autozone oreily etc. And they will scan this for free, or you could rent one

You could pull a 02 ([oxygen sensor](/topics-oxygen-sensor-ford/)) out in front of the convertor...or drop the [exhaust](/topics-exhaust-ford/) down and drive it and see if the power comes back
