I cannot drive my car. The security system is showing a theft attempt.

Hi there. The theft deterrent system is complex. Several computers, a radio frequency (RF) transmitter, and the key fob are involved. If the driver info center is telling you a theft is detected, the key is not recognized. Try disconnecting the battery for a while, if this does not work, the dealer is your best option. They will have to reprogram the computers to your keys.
