Q: Changing fuel filter issue

asked by on

My 2000 Chevy Blazer fuel filter I'm changing it got the old one out new one in but it just doesn't seem to reach the back screw And I'm unsure how to push it further it doesn't seem to want to budge far enough to screw in any advice

My car has 150200 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

You have to make sure the filter gets into the slot on the bracket and the bracket is pulled out away from filter and then wrapped around to get screw to reach by pushing screw with screwdriver.
