So when i first start driving it pops out of first gear as soon as i start giving gas. But when i down shift it stays in gear (2nd to 1st) fine and wont pop out. The tranny also grinds if i down shift into 3rd from 4th. When we rolled it down a hill it slides into 1st gear with out the clutch being placed in.
