Is there any "check engine" or "security/anti-theft" message displayed after bulb check, about 20 seconds or so?

Check the fuse for the fuel injector's, then either check for a spark, which reminds me also check any ignition fuse and at last see if the engine will fire and start and run for a few seconds after spraying a few small shots of starting fluid into the throttle opening then quickly making it to the key and try to start.
